Alexander graduated from State University of Management, tax department. He also finished the International Management Program of Pfozheim Hochschule – University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Nowadays he is a ACCA candidate (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Alexander has great work experience in taxation field which he gained working in such companies as Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation, KPMG, Renaissance Capital Finance Group and others.
In West Union he monitors the work of Representative Office in Cyprus, is responsible for recording and tracking of companies in low tax and offshore jurisdictions and provides consulting services in international tax planning.
Main specialization: construction of international holding structures, the intra-group financing, tax law of Cyprus. He performs regularly as an expert in international taxation; he is also the author of several articles in specialized publications.

 

Arthur Egorov

Arthur has great experience in the taxation sphere gained working in tax departments of such companies as Ernst&Young, ZAO AKB “Interprombank”, ZAO “Rosinterbank”.
He is an active member of Professional Accountants and Auditors Association in Russia.  Nowadays Arthur is a ACCA candidate (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
In West Union Group he performs as a leading consultant in the field of Russian and international taxation. Also he monitors Department of Finance in West Union representative office in Hong Kong.

Konstantin Lukinskij

Konstantin graduated from Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, faculty of foreign affairs, from University of European Law and University of Surrey (UK).

The main fields are registration and law maintenance of foreign companies, consulting on issues of international tax planning, development of new prospective jurisdictions and preparation of various analytical researches.

In West Union Group he is one of leading consultants in the sphere of classic offshore, New Zeland, Cyprus and etc.
